Delivery information


Once your order is placed online at premiergel.com it will automatically be sent to our fulfillment team warehouse.

We will send you a confirmation email ( to the email address on your invoice/order )

Your order will then be picked, packed and shipped to the delivery address you specified 

We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days ( Monday to Friday being working days )


You will receive a dispatch email when your order has left our fulfillment warehouse and is on the way to you


Your order will be shipped via our courier   My Hermes


You can track your order online so you can manage the process and find out when your order will arrive.

Please kindly allow the courier up to 3 working days to deliver your order at your specified delivery/shipping address

If you do need to report your order as lost or miss-delivered then in the first instance please kindly contact your local courier depot


  • Should your parcel of not arrived after 7 days from your dispatch email please contact using the support button.


Please note

Should you contact the courier and re-schedule delivery or edit/amend your shipping address, in doing so, you will be assuming full responsibility/liability of your delivery

If your order/delivery is returned to us because of failed delivery attempts ( ie: you were unable to receive ) you will be refunded back to you payment source less/minus a £10 administration fee
